Today we got to bottle the first two batched of beer we bottled, a weiss and a dunkleweiss. We had way too many people working the bottling line, but luckily there weren't any problems. The professor complained that he had Siebel groups in the past had started drinking the beers immediately after they came off the line and were way too drunk to finish the job. They didn't even help him clean up. That's probably why they had us bottle condition the beer.
